Double Color Cake Grouting Machine

This machine adopts servo PLC control for easy operation, consisting of a double hopper. Through the distribution plate, the color distribution is uniform, and the four-core roller automatically injects raw materials into the cake pan. By replacing the distribution plate and baking pan, a variety of two-color cakes can be made. It can be configured with the mixer and hot air rotary furnace produced by our factory to form a semi-automatic two-color cake production line.

According to customer needs, the product weight can be automatically adjusted from 1 gram to 100 grams. It is compatible with the hot air rotary furnace, tunnel furnace and layer furnace produced by our factory. The cake machine can be matched with a hot air rotary oven for baking to form a semi-automatic egg yolk pie production line, or with a chain tunnel furnace for baking to form a fully automatic cake production line. In addition, it can be combined with other equipment to form a fully automatic egg yolk pie production line.
