To better utilize a 64-pan hot air rotary oven, the following points are essential.

This 64-tray hot air rotary oven uses fluorescent lighting tubes, allowing users to clearly observe the baking process through double-layered glass doors. The oven employs two layers of airtight glass and one layer of reflective glass with radiation protection, enhancing its frontal heat insulation. When the internal temperature reaches 240℃, the outer glass door reaches a maximum temperature of 45℃. High-temperature resistant ultra-fine cotton provides excellent insulation.

Suitable for baking at various temperatures and for different times, this hot air rotary oven features automatic temperature measurement, making it an ideal piece of equipment for grilling and grilling. It boasts an attractive design, a gas ignition system, a rotary motor, and a large, heat-resistant glass window for clear visibility. It adopts a modular structure, is constructed from imported stainless steel, and includes standard electrical components. It utilizes a hook-rotation, forced-air hot air circulation system for heating. This hot air rotary oven significantly improves heat transfer efficiency, shortens heating time for greater energy savings, and ensures even heating and consistent color in baked goods.

Monthly Maintenance of a 64-Tray Hot Air Rotary Oven:

1. Clean the water pipe filter element. After removing the filter element, wash it thoroughly with water and reinstall it. Then, turn on the water supply to check for leaks.

2. Lubricate the trolley main shaft bearings and caster seats with grease. Replace any damaged parts immediately.

3. Check the chain tension. Adjust the chain based on a 10mm adjustable distance in the straight middle section when manually pushing it, and apply lubricant to the chain.

4. Lubricate the upper and lower shafts and door lock mechanism of the main door with grease to ensure smooth opening and closing without abnormal noise or inconvenience.

5. Open the maintenance door (for customers using hot air rotary ovens), clean the dust and debris around the burner, wipe the floor with a damp cloth, and then remove the elements of the upper and lower small filters in the oil tank. Clean the filters and their internal cavity with high-pressure air.
