Machine overview

1. Compressed biscuit machine is a process for reprocessing biscuits after production. The biscuits need to be crushed and proportioned through materials. After mixing and stirring, the materials are transported to the compressed biscuit machine for automatic shaping, and then transported to the conveyor through an automatic biscuit pushing device. The line is carrying out automatic packaging and manual bagging and vacuum packaging. 2. The compressed biscuit forming machine uses an oil pump to lift the hydraulic slurry forming mold up and down. The biscuits are fed into the mold through a spiral stirrer and automatically formed through the compression mold. 3. The compressed biscuit mold can be customized according to user requirements. Conventional small cookie embryos are molded into 4 pieces at one time and weigh about 40 grams each, and large cookie embryos are molded into 2 pieces at one time and weigh 80 grams/piece.
