I. Pre-Installation Preparation

【Site Survey and Planning:】

Ensure adequate operational space, maintenance space, and material passageways are reserved.

- 【Floor Load-Bearing:】 Confirm the load-bearing capacity of the factory floor, especially in the installation areas for large equipment (such as large mixing tanks and drying tunnels). Reinforcement should be done if necessary.  

- 【Floor Height:】 Ensure the net height of the factory meets the installation and operational requirements for equipment, especially for drying tunnels with elevators or tall structures.  

- 【Doorway Dimensions:】 Confirm the dimensions of all doors and passageways along the equipment access path to ensure large equipment can be smoothly transported to the designated location.  

【Utility Interface Confirmation:】  

- 【Electricity:】 Confirm that the total power capacity, voltage, and frequency meet the equipment requirements. Plan the cable trench or ladder path and reserve accurate power interface locations. Be sure to distinguish between power for equipment and lighting.  

- 【Water Supply:】 Confirm the inlet water pressure, flow rate, and water quality (whether soft water or purified water treatment systems are needed), and reserve water supply pipe interfaces and drainage locations.  

- 【Steam:】 Confirm the steam pressure, temperature, and flow rate, and plan the steam piping and condensate recovery piping. Insulation must be done on the pipes to prevent burns and heat loss.  

- 【Compressed Air:】 Confirm pressure, flow rate, and air quality (whether dryers and precision filters are needed), and reserve interfaces.  

- 【Gas (if applicable):】 If gas heating is used, the pipeline design and construction must be carried out by a professional gas company to ensure there are no leaks and to install gas alarm devices.  

Environmental Requirements:  

【Cleanliness:】 The installation area should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent dust and debris from entering the equipment during positioning.  

【Temperature and Humidity:】 Certain precision equipment (such as control systems) has specific requirements for environmental temperature and humidity; therefore, the factory environment should be controllable.  

【Floor Requirements:】 The floor must be flat, solid, and free of oil stains. It is recommended to use smooth, easy-to-clean, and corrosion-resistant flooring materials such as epoxy flooring.  

【Personnel and Tool Preparation:】

II. Installation Execution  

This phase must strictly follow the "Installation Manual" provided by the equipment manufacturer, proceeding step by step.
