How exactly is a multi-functional stuffing machine installed?
The multi-functional filling machine is a high-efficiency, automated food processing equipment widely used in the production of filled foods such as pastries and cakes. This equipment automatically wraps the filling inside dough by placing the kneaded dough and mixed filling into separate hoppers. The machine then uses a dough and filling conveyor system to shape the filling into the dough, followed by a shaping device to produce the desired weight of finished product, which is then conveyed out via a conveyor belt.
It has several advantages. Its control system typically uses a PLC human-machine interface with recipe storage and memory functions, making it easy to operate. All parts in contact with food are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and safety during production. Furthermore, the multi-functional filling machine can adapt to different fillings, such as mixed nuts, lotus seed paste, and red bean paste, and the filling-to-dough ratio can be adjusted arbitrarily, resulting in uniform product size and an attractive appearance.
Installation steps for the multi-functional filling machine:
1. Main unit fixation
Leveling adjustment: Use a level to adjust the base of the equipment to ensure the machine is level (error ≤ 2mm) to prevent vibration and displacement during operation.
Vibration Reduction Measures: If the equipment vibrates significantly during operation, vibration-damping pads (such as rubber pads) can be installed between the base and the ground to reduce the impact of vibration on the machine and the surrounding environment.
2. Electrical Connection
Power Supply: Connect the power supply according to the equipment nameplate markings. Use high-temperature resistant and oil-resistant special wires, and wrap the joints with waterproof tape.
Control Box Inspection: Confirm that the electrical components inside the control box are not loose, and that the emergency stop button, touch screen, and other operating panels function normally.
Grounding Protection: An independent ground wire must be installed, with a grounding resistance ≤4Ω to prevent leakage accidents.
3. Mold and Conveying System Installation
Mold Installation:
Select the appropriate mold (e.g., mooncake mold, glutinous rice ball mold, etc.) according to the filling requirements, align the molding parts with the positioning slots, and ensure a uniform gap between the mold and the material cylinder.
Manually rotate the mold to check for smooth operation without jamming; otherwise, adjust and tighten the fastening screws.
Conveyor Belt Adjustment:
Adjust the conveyor belt tension so that pressing the middle of the belt with a finger causes it to sink 5-10mm. Too loose a belt will cause slippage, while too tight a belt will accelerate wear. 4. Lubrication and Cooling System
Lubrication Oil Addition:Add food-grade lubricating oil (such as NSF-certified grease) to gears, bearings, and other transmission components. Check the oil level before starting the machine each shift.
Cooling Interface: If the equipment is equipped with a cooling system (such as water-cooled molds), connect the water pipes and check for leaks to prevent short circuits.
