Steps For Processing Clean Vegetables and Fruits
Lifting the Raw Materials
First, feed the fruits or vegetables to be cleaned into the automatic elevator sequentially. The elevator will transport them to the bubble washer at a steady, uniform speed, and its conveying speed can be flexibly adjusted based on specific processing requirements.
Vegetable & fruit Washing
The vortex generator installed at the bottom of the bubble washer’s cleaning tank creates a large number of dense bubbles in the water, enabling rapid and thorough cleaning of fruits and vegetables. Additionally, a surfing device is equipped at the end of the washer, which continuously drives the materials to tumble forward during the cleaning process—ensuring no damage to the raw produce while achieving all-around cleaning.
Impurities Removing
After the initial cleaning by the bubble washer, the fruits and vegetables are transferred to an impurity removal machine for deep purification. Equipped with multiple food-grade hair rollers, this machine effectively scrubs off stubborn impurities—such as fine hairs, residual sand, and small stones—that are hard to remove during bubble cleaning.
Air drying
The air dryer is equipped with multiple sets of high-power fans, which blow out strong, uniform airflow to quickly blow off surface water droplets from fruits and vegetables. After efficient air drying, the produce is ready for subsequent processes such as grading or packaging—ensuring no excess moisture affects product freshness or packaging quality.

The automatic grading levels typically range from 4 to 9 grades, meeting diverse sorting needs.
