1. 【Stamping Molding Machine】
- 【Main Components:】 Sugar delivery wheel, sugar strips, sugar scrap shovel, sugar scrap hopper, sugar unloading shovel, sugar unloading hopper, rotary head, cutting wheel.
- 【Description:】 Stamping molding is the primary method for forming hard candy. Initially, intermittent single-stroke machines were used, processing only one piece of candy at a time, which resulted in low production efficiency. More commonly used today are continuous rotary stamping machines, which can simultaneously stamp out multiple candy pieces, significantly improving production efficiency.
- 【Working Principle:】 The cooled and uniform sugar strips enter the molding machine, where the sugar delivery wheel, through friction, feeds the sugar strips into the rotary head. The strips are rolled into the outer edge of the molding slot and are pressed into shape by the cutting wheel, breaking the sugar strips into pieces. At the same time, the candy pushing rod, driven by a cam, moves forward to push the candy pieces into the molding holes. The pieces are then shoveled into the unloading hopper and fall onto a vibrating screen. Once the candy pieces cool down, they can be packaged.
2. 【Molding Injection Machine】
- 【Main Components:】 Conveyor belt, mold plate, sugar injection nozzle, sugar pouring pump, material storage tank, cooling device.
- 【Description:】 The molding injection machine can produce hard candies, soft candies, and gummies, making it highly versatile. The required equipment is generally similar across these applications. During the molding process, when the prepared sugar syrup is still in a liquid state, it is quantitatively injected into the continuously running mold plate, followed by rapid cooling and setting. Finally, the candies are separated from the mold plate and sent via a conveyor belt to the packaging machine.
- 【Working Principle:】 The sugar pouring pump pushes the syrup into the injection nozzle. It consists of two concentric cylinders: the outer cylinder is fixed and has a channel connecting it to the material storage tank, with a small hole at the bottom connected to the injection nozzle. The inner cylinder is a closing cylinder that has a connecting handle linked to a lever that swings left and right. Each side of the cylinder has small holes, and during swinging, the bottom hole closes while the side hole connects to the storage tank. When the side hole closes, the bottom hole connects to the injection nozzle. A piston is installed inside the closing cylinder, and when the piston moves up and down, it draws in air and pushes the syrup towards the injection nozzle. The distance the piston moves determines the amount of syrup discharged, which can be adjusted based on the size of the candy pieces. Each sugar pouring pump has a corresponding injection nozzle to ensure uniformity in the number of sugar molds.
