By changing the molds, it can make various types of shortbread cookies, such as peach shortbread, cookies, sesame strips, oven-baked pastries, sesame cakes, peanut brittle, longevity cakes, shortbread cookies, soft cookies, and oily cookies. The prepared dough is rolled into various shapes and weights of cookie blanks.
The peach shortbread cookie machine is versatile, simple in structure, and easy to operate. The separating blade has an adjustable device to reach the appropriate position. The machine's printing rollers are specially designed to overcome uneven wear of the separating blades, and the pattern rollers can be removed to a near-vertical position for easy replacement. This machine is available in two baking methods: a tray-type hot air rotary oven and a tunnel oven for direct baking.
