This fully automatic cupcake dispenser features computer programming, a touchscreen, a compact structure, centralized functions, and simple operation. Powered by a cylinder and equipped with photoelectric tracking, it automatically dispenses and extrudes cupcakes with high precision and accurate metering.

The machine automatically places the cupcakes into a baking pan, then automatically pours the cake batter into the pan and conveys it to the cake oven for baking. It is suitable for producing various cake products such as egg yolk pies, mozzarella cakes, cupcakes, and European-style cakes. The amount of batter injected can be flexibly adjusted according to product requirements, ensuring a stable injection volume. Edible lubricating oil is sprayed into the cake pan before filling, ensuring even distribution for easy removal. The amount of batter injected per cup is automatically adjustable from 10 grams to 100 grams, depending on customer needs. This machine can be equipped with our company's hot air rotary oven, tunnel oven, and layered oven. It can be used with a hot air rotary oven for baking, forming a semi-automatic cake production line, or with a chain tunnel oven for baking, forming a fully automatic cake production line.
