Installation method for the fully automatic cake paper cup dispensing machine

Phase 1: Pre-installation Preparation

Unpacking and Inspection:

Carefully check all components, accessories, and tools against the equipment packing list to ensure nothing is missing or damaged during transportation.

Main components usually include: main frame, cup dropping head, vibrating plate or cup storage bin, control system, air pipe, power cord, instruction manual, etc.

Site Preparation:

Space: Reserve the precise installation location on the cake production line conveyor belt. Ensure sufficient space is available around the equipment for operation, maintenance, and adding paper cups.

Power Supply: A power outlet meeting the equipment requirements should be available nearby (usually 220V, 50Hz). Ensure the power supply is stable and reliable, and proper grounding is provided.

Air Supply: The equipment requires clean, dry compressed air. Lay the air pipes to the vicinity of the equipment in advance and prepare a pressure regulating valve and filter (air source three-piece unit: filter, pressure reducing valve, oil mist lubricator).

Environment: The equipment should be installed on a level, sturdy surface or platform without severe vibration.

Leveling: Use a spirit level to check if the installation platform is level, which is crucial for the stability of the equipment's operation.

Phase 2: Mechanical and Electrical Installation

Mechanical Positioning and Fixing:

Carefully move the main unit to the predetermined position.

Securely fix the equipment to the conveyor belt frame or workbench using anchor bolts or clamps to prevent displacement due to vibration during operation.

Adjust the height of the equipment and the position of the cup dropping head to precisely align with the height and hole positions of the cake molds (baking trays).

Electrical Connection:

Power Connection: Connect the equipment's power cord to the prepared power outlet. (Note: Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting!)

Signal Line Connection (if needed): If the equipment needs to be linked with the main control system of the production line or other equipment such as grouting machines, connect the communication or trigger signal lines according to the instructions.

Air Supply Connection:

Connect the air supply pipe to the equipment's air inlet using a three-way air connector.

Very Important: Adjust the pressure reducing valve to set the air pressure to the required working pressure of the equipment (usually between 0.5 and 0.7 MPa). Too low pressure will cause unstable suction cups, and too high pressure may damage the paper cups or cylinders.

Third Stage: Debugging and Trial Run

This is the most crucial step, directly determining whether the equipment can work properly.

Powering On and Air Supply:

Turn on the air supply and check for leaks in the air circuit.

Turn on the equipment power switch.

Mechanical Part Debugging:

Adjust the cup picking position: In manual mode, adjust the position of the cup picking head (suction cup or gripper) to ensure it accurately descends to the center of the stack of paper cups.

Adjust the cup dropping position: Manually trigger the cup dropping action, observe the trajectory of the paper cup, and fine-tune the front, back, left, and right positions of the cup dropping head to ensure that the paper cup falls accurately into the mold hole 100% of the time, without tilting or bouncing.

Adjust the separation mechanism: If it is a vacuum suction cup type, adjust the suction cup position and vacuum degree; if it is a mechanical claw type, adjust the opening and closing amplitude.

Program Settings:

Set the working mode: Select automatic/manual mode.

Set timing and delay: According to the running speed of the conveyor belt, set the delay time for cup picking and dropping to ensure that the actions are synchronized with the mold movement. Setting up Counting and Alarming: Set the number of cups per row of molds and the number of paper cups per stack, and test the sensitivity of the low-material alarm function.

Interlock Debugging:

Start the entire production line and run it in automatic mode.

Observe whether the equipment is correctly triggered by the photoelectric sensor on the conveyor belt.

Check whether the cup placement rhythm perfectly matches the mold hole positions, and test at different speeds.

Load Testing:

Fill the cup storage bin with paper cups and conduct a long-term continuous operation test (e.g., more than 30 minutes) to observe its stability and reliability.

Fourth Stage: Operator Training and Acceptance

Training:

The supplier's engineers should provide training to the customer's operation and maintenance personnel, including:

Daily operating procedures.

How to change different specifications of paper cups and adjust the equipment.

Daily maintenance and cleaning methods (e.g., cleaning suction cups, draining air filters).

Troubleshooting methods for common faults (e.g., cup jamming, missing cups).

Acceptance:

Conduct the final acceptance test with the customer to confirm that the equipment meets the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract:

Success rate: After hundreds of continuous runs, the cup placement success rate should be higher than 99.5%.

Production efficiency: The speed meets the production cycle requirements.

Complete functionality: All alarm and counting functions are working properly.
