Electric heating rotary furnaces have a very wide range of applications.

An electrically heated rotary oven is a device that uses electricity as a heat source. Hot air is delivered into the furnace chamber via a heat exchanger and a fan to bake the items inside. It converts electrical energy into heat energy, heating the combustion chamber or heating elements. The resulting high-temperature hot air is then delivered into the furnace chamber through the heat exchanger and fan, ensuring even baking of the items. The oven body is designed to rotate, allowing for uniform heating of the items during baking, thus improving baking efficiency and quality.

It adopts a gear transmission structure. A flange is welded to the center of the bottom of the furnace body, and the flange is bolted to the flange on the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is mounted on the central base through upper and lower bearings, forming the rotation center of the furnace body. The motor, reducer, and gear transmission constitute the power source for the rotation of the furnace body. When the motor is turned on, it transmits power to the transmission shaft at a certain speed ratio through the reducer. A gear is installed at the upper end of the transmission shaft, and the gear directly interacts with the pin gear at the bottom of the furnace shell to form a gear transmission. When the power source drives the gear to rotate, the furnace shell rotates around the central base at the bottom as the rotation axis. At this time, the guide wheel supporting the bottom of the furnace shell acts as a pulley, causing the furnace shell to rotate under a small torque. By designing a certain transmission ratio for each transmission section, the furnace shell is ensured to rotate at a certain speed. At the same time, the motor speed is adjusted by a frequency converter to select the required speed.

The electric heating rotary oven has a wide range of applications, mainly including the following:

I. Food processing industry

Baking field

Bread making: The rotary oven can be used for baking bread. During the rotation process, all parts of the bread can be heated evenly, resulting in a golden and crispy crust and a soft, evenly porous interior. Different types of bread, such as toast, sweet bread, and baguettes, can all achieve ideal baking results by adjusting the temperature and rotation speed.

Cake Baking: For cake making, whether it's sponge cake, chiffon cake, or pound cake, a rotary oven works very well. It allows a thin, crisp crust to quickly form on the surface of the cake while maintaining its internal moisture and softness, resulting in cakes with intact shape and delicate texture.

Cookie Making: In cookie baking, a rotary oven ensures even heating, preventing some cookies from burning or remaining uncooked. For example, for cookies and soda crackers, precise temperature control and rotation baking achieve a golden-brown color and crisp texture.

Meat Processing:

Grilling Meats: A rotary oven can be used to grill various meats, such as pork, beef, and lamb. During the rotating grilling process, the meat skewers or pieces are heated evenly, and excess fat is shed with the rotation, resulting in meat that is crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Common grilled lamb skewers and steaks can be made using an electric rotary oven.

Roasted Meats: In the preparation of roasted meats such as roast duck, roast goose, and char siu, rotary ovens provide a stable temperature environment, allowing the meat to slowly brown and absorb flavor during roasting. Taking roast duck as an example, the rotating roasting process results in golden-brown, crispy skin and tender, delicious meat.

Snack Food Production

Potato Chip Production: Rotary ovens are widely used in potato chip production. Sliced potatoes are placed inside and rapidly roasted at high temperatures, causing them to puff up and become crispy. The timing and method of adding seasonings can be adjusted to create various flavors of potato chips.

Nut Roasting: For nuts such as almonds, cashews, and walnuts, rotary ovens can be used to roast and enhance their aroma. At a suitable temperature, the nuts are heated evenly within the oven, removing moisture and releasing their fragrance, resulting in a crispier texture.

II. Catering Industry

Restaurant Kitchen

Efficient Food Serving: In restaurant kitchens, rotary ovens are a highly efficient cooking device. It can grill multiple foods simultaneously. Due to its rotating function, it can grill a large quantity of food in a short time, meeting the needs of restaurants for rapid service during peak hours. For example, it can be used to grill steaks and lamb chops in Western restaurants, or meat skewers and flatbreads in Chinese restaurants.

Diversified Menu: Rotary ovens offer restaurants more menu options. Chefs can use them to create various specialty grilled dishes, such as rotating roasted chicken and grilled vegetable platters, enriching the menu and attracting customers.

Food Streets and Snack Stalls:
Easy to Use: In food streets or mobile snack stalls, compact models (if available) or portable designs (some products) of rotary ovens are easy to use. Stall owners can use them to grill various snacks, such as sausages, corn, and chicken wings. This equipment is simple to operate and easy to learn; delicious snacks can be made without complicated cooking skills.

Attracting Customers: The unique rotating grilling method of rotary ovens is visually appealing and can attract the attention of passersby. Customers can see the food slowly grilling inside the oven, increasing their interest and desire to purchase. III. Home Kitchen

Home Grilling and Baking

Family Gatherings: A rotary oven can be very useful for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends. Family members can grill their favorite foods together, such as chicken wings, vegetables, and bread slices, increasing interaction and fun.

Daily Baking: For homemakers or baking enthusiasts, a small electric rotary oven can be used to make small batches of bread, cakes, or cookies to meet the family's daily needs.

Homemade Snacks

Healthy Snack Making: Home users can use a rotary oven to make healthy snacks. For example, they can bake their own dried fruit and vegetables. Slices of fresh apples, bananas, carrots, etc., can be placed in the rotary oven and baked at a low temperature for a long time to create natural, additive-free, healthy snacks.
