Describing the inspection and preparation of the two-color cookie machine.
The dual-color cookie machine is a baking equipment integrating intelligence and automation, specifically designed for making dual-color cookies. It is widely used in commercial establishments such as bakeries, cake chain stores, bread shops, and food factories, and is also suitable for home baking enthusiasts who seek efficient production.
The equipment uses two or more independent feeding systems to precisely deliver dough of different colors and flavors into the molds, achieving automated production of dual-color cookies. Its core components include a control system, feeding system, pressure system, and molding dies. The control system uses a PLC and LCD touch panel, supporting customizable parameters; the feeding system is equipped with dual servo motors, which can independently adjust the dough flow and cutting speed; the pressure system ensures clear patterns through a double-layer pressure structure; and the molds support diverse designs such as heart shapes, star shapes, and animal shapes to meet creative needs.
Inspection and preparation of the dual-color cookie machine:
1. Cleaning and disinfection
Purpose: To prevent residue from contaminating new dough and ensure food safety.
Operation:
Wipe the machine body, extrusion nozzle, screw conveyor, and other parts with hot water (a small amount of food-grade detergent can be added) to remove oil stains and residues.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then dry or air dry (spray with alcohol for disinfection if necessary).
2. Checking key components
Extrusion nozzle: Confirm that the dual-color channels are not blocked, the diameters are aligned, and there is no deformation or wear.
Screw conveyor: Check that the blades are intact, rotate smoothly, and are not jammed by foreign objects.
Heating system: Test whether the thermostat is working properly and whether the heating tube can heat up normally (preheat the machine to the set temperature).
3. Lubrication and maintenance
Transmission parts: Apply food-grade lubricating oil (such as silicone oil) to the motor bearings, gears, and other parts to reduce friction noise. Sealing rings: Check if the silicone sealing rings on the extrusion nozzle and hopper are aging. Replace them if they are damaged.
