Full-Auto Candy Line: Casting & Molding Equipment Guide

Feb. 04, 2026

Look here if you don't know about the casting and molding equipment of the fully automatic candy production line yet!

The fully automatic candy production line consists of a fruit pulp conveyor, a powder conveyor, a heat - retaining roller bed, a strip - pulling machine, a molding machine, a mold, an oscillating cooling screen, and an air suction fan. The production line adopts electromagnetic speed regulation or variable - frequency speed regulation control, which is easy to operate and has stable performance. The parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel and sprayed with the popular orange - peel paint, making the whole line beautiful.

Molding equipment for the fully automatic candy production line

Primary components: conveyor belt, model tray, sugar injection nozzle, sugar pouring pump, storage tank, cooling device.

Molding by pouring can produce hard candies, semi - soft candies and soft candies.

It has a wide range of applications, and the required equipment is also roughly the same. During molding by pouring, when the boiled sugar paste is still in a fluid state, the liquid sugar paste is quantitatively injected into the continuously running mold tray, and then it is rapidly cooled and shaped. After that, it is separated from the mold tray and then sent to the packaging machine for packaging along the conveyor belt.

Working principle: The function of the sugar pouring pump is to push the sugar paste into the sugar injection nozzle.

It is composed of two nested cylinders. The outer cylinder is a fixed cylinder, with a tank channel on the side communicating with the storage tank, and a small hole at the bottom connected to the sugar injection nozzle. The inner cylinder is an opening and closing cylinder. In the middle of the inner and outer circumferences of the cylinder, there is a connecting handle connected to a lever that swings left and right. There is a small hole on the side and at the bottom of the cylinder body. When swinging, the small hole at the bottom closes with the small hole at the bottom of the outer cylinder, and the small hole on the side is connected to the channel of the storage tank. When the small hole on the side closes with the opening on the side of the outer cylinder, the small hole at the bottom is connected to the sugar injection nozzle. A piston is installed inside the opening and closing cylinder. When the piston moves up and down, air can be sucked in and the sugar paste is pressed towards the sugar injection nozzle. The size of the piston's moving distance determines the amount of sugar paste discharged, and the moving distance of the piston can be adjusted according to the size of the sugar pieces. There is a sugar injection nozzle at the bottom of each sugar pouring pump, and the number of sugar injection nozzles is equal to that of the sugar molds.
