These hot air circulating ovens are a new generation of energy-saving products meticulously designed and manufactured by our technical staff, drawing on the advantages of similar products both domestically and internationally. The inner and outer shells are made of stainless steel for cleanliness and hygiene; superior insulation and a tight seal minimize heat loss; the combination of hot air convection circulation and a slowly rotating trolley ensures even heating of all parts of the food during baking; a water spray humidification device ensures the oven temperature matches the standard temperature for the food; and an internal lighting system allows for clear observation of the baking process through the oven door glass.
