A candy production line is a continuous production line for various types of gelatinous gummies. By changing molds or casting heads, it can produce various shapes, single colors, multi-colors, and filled gelatinous gummies. The entire production line consists of a jacketed sugar melting pot, a mixing and storage pot, a casting machine, a refrigerator, a conveyor, a sanding roller (optional), and a polishing machine (optional). It can be applied to the production of various gel raw materials, such as gelatin, pectin, carrageenan, and gum arabic. Automated production not only saves manpower and space but also reduces production costs. An electric heating system is optional.

Process Flow:

Gummy Candy: Sugar melting → Cooling → Casting → Cooling → Demolding → Coating with granulated sugar/powdered sugar → Drying → Packaging

Hard Candy: Sugar melting → Vacuum sugar boiling → Casting → Cooling → Demolding → Packaging

Lollipop: Sugar melting → Vacuum sugar boiling → Casting → Inserting stick → Cooling → Demolding → Packaging
