The granular packaging machine is mainly used for packaging granular materials with good fluidity, such as seeds, rice, salt, white sugar, tablets, etc. By using the granular packaging machine to package these materials, the packaging quality and production efficiency are effectively improved. Maintenance methods of the granule packaging machine:
Regularly inspect the machine parts once a month. Check whether the moving parts such as the worm gear, worm, bolts on the lubricating block, and bearings rotate flexibly and their wear conditions. If any defects are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner and the machine should not be used reluctantly.
The machine should be used in a dry and clean indoor environment and should not be used in places where there are acids in the atmosphere and other corrosive gases to the machine body circulating.
After the machine is used or stopped, the rotating drum should be taken out for cleaning and the remaining powder in the hopper should be brushed clean. Then install it properly to prepare for the next use.
If the machine is out of use for a long time, the whole machine must be wiped clean, the smooth surfaces of the machine parts should be coated with anti-rust oil, and it should be covered with a cloth cover.
