Description of Full Automatic Special Lollipop Confectionery Production Line/Hara Candy Making Machine
Lollipop Production Process
Sugar pot - cooling table - insulation rolling bed - stretching machine - candy forming machine -cooling screen - packaging machine.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and sugar, heat it to the desired temperature,
then pour it into the cooling table and continuously flip it to add appropriate additives (such as spices, pigments, etc.) until the sugar can be pulled into strips. Place the entire sugar into the insulation rolling bed, and the coarse strips will be rolled out by the insulation rolling bed, which will automatically enter the stretching machine to pull out the fine strips. Then enter the forming machine to automatically shape the sugar blocks, which will enter the cooling screen for cooling and shaping. Finally,pour the shaped sugar blocks into the packaging machine for automatic packaging and storage.
Composed of pulp feeder, powder mixer, thermal rolling bed, bar drawing machine, multifunction forming machine and belt cooling conveyor, this production line can make jam, powder sandwich hard candy and crisp candy.
