Product Performance of the Automatic Cream Cake Filling & Injecting Machine

1. The machine adopts computer programming and a touch screen control system, featuring a compact structure, integrated functions and straightforward operation. Powered by air cylinders and equipped with photoelectric tracking technology, it realizes automatic quantitative extrusion with high precision and accurate dosing.
2. It is suitable for the production of various cake products, such as egg yolk pies, Mofu cakes, paper cup cakes and European-style cakes. The raw material injection volume can be flexibly adjusted to meet different product specifications, with stable and consistent output. Before filling, edible lubricating oil is sprayed into cake pans and evenly distributed on the pan bottom, which effectively facilitates product demoulding.
3. The single-piece filling weight can be automatically adjusted from 10g to 100g based on customer requirements. Classified as a semi-automatic machine, it can be matched with the hot air rotary ovens and layer ovens manufactured by our company to form a complete semi-automatic cake production line.
4. The process flow of the semi-automatic production line is as follows:Mixing → Oil Spraying → Forming → Baking → Cooling Conveying → Cream Filling → Sterilization Conveying → Packaging → Finished Product Delivery
