1. The machine adopts computer programming and touch screen operation, featuring a compact structure and integrated functions for easy operation. Powered by a cylinder and equipped with photoelectric tracking, it achieves automatic quantitative extrusion with high precision and accurate dosing.
2. It is suitable for the production of yolk pies, marble cakes, paper cup cakes, European-style cakes and other cake products. The raw material injection volume can be flexibly adjusted according to product requirements with stable output. Before injection, edible lubricating oil is sprayed into the cake trays and evenly spread at the tray bottoms, facilitating demolding.
3. The injection volume per piece can be automatically adjusted from 10g to 100g according to customer needs. This machine is a semi-automatic device, which can be matched with the hot air rotary ovens and deck ovens produced by our company to form a semi-automatic cake production line.
