Fully Automatic Cake Paper Cup Arranging Machine: Tested and Ready for Shipment

The fully automatic cake paper cup placement machine utilizes computer programming and a touch-screen interface. Characterized by its compact structure, integrated functionality, and simple operation, the machine is pneumatically powered and equipped with a photoelectric tracking system. It features automatic paper cup placement and automatic quantitative batter extrusion, ensuring high precision and accurate portioning.

The machine automatically places paper cups into baking trays, then automatically injects cake batter into the cups before conveying the trays into a baking oven. It is suitable for the production of various cake products, including egg yolk pies, sponge cakes, cupcakes, and European-style cakes. The batter injection volume can be flexibly adjusted to meet specific product requirements, ensuring consistent and stable filling amounts. Prior to filling, edible release oil is sprayed into the baking trays and evenly distributed across the tray bottoms to facilitate easy demolding. The filling weight can be automatically adjusted according to customer needs, ranging from 10 to 100 grams per unit. This machine is compatible with various ovens manufactured by our company, including hot-air rotary ovens, tunnel ovens, and deck ovens. Depending on customer preference, the machine can be paired with a hot-air rotary oven to form a semi-automatic cake production line, or paired with a chain-type tunnel oven to create a fully automatic cake production line.

When integrated with other equipment to form an automated cake production line, the typical process flow is as follows:

Mixing → Cup Placement → Forming → Baking → Cooling & Conveying → Cream Filling → Sterilization & Conveying → Packaging → Shipment
